Her research focuses on social theories of learning, Communities of Practice, group dynamics, motivation, and growth mindset. With her extensive experience in senior-level organizational and culture change posts in the public sector, Dr Pickard-Smith is well-versed in evidence-based best practices. She also widely published in this area, making her a valuable asset to any seeking to implement effective change and development strategies.
